Procedure to obtain publishing right to use GMM Grammy's music in a live performance

GMM Grammy Public Company Limited (“the Company”) believes in operating a business based on high moral and righteousness, in which the Company abides by and has been conducting its business for the past 30 years. The Company would like to clarify the procedure for obtaining a publishing right to use the Company’s music for a live performance as follows.

1. Any person who is interested in obtaining a music publishing right (“the rights”) to use the Company’s music in a live performance shall contact our Copyright Department at 02-6699171 or 02-6698511-3, during Monday - Friday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

2. Required documents for obtaining the rights are (1) a photocopy of an ID card, and (2) a list of songs to be performed.

3. Tariff for use of musical works (“the tariff”) depends on number of songs and shows performed.  For example, if the artist charges THB10, 000 per show, the tariff is calculated by multiplying that rate by 0.5% per song, resulting in the fee of Baht 50 per song per show.

The Company is pleased to offer a discount to those who use a large number of songs or perform a high number of shows, or make a lump-sum payment for the whole year.
